Arrow International Australia Limited worked in partnership with the Hospitality Management Company (HMC), a subsidiary of Lion Nathan Australia, in changing the face of traditional Victorian hospitality outlets by their development of over 40 outlets in metropolitan and regional Victoria, Australia.

ARROW'S ROLE

Arrow was responsible for managing the delivery of approximately 30 of the re-imaged outlets. We were involved in the various phases of delivery, including schematic design and cost planning studies and design development and construction. We were also responsible for the management and coordination of consulting Architects, Engineers, Planners and Contractors, which was a major requirement in this pivotal role.

UNIQUE ASPECTS

Arrow ensured that the timely delivery of facilities meant that planned key function dates, with very specific programming requirements and coordination activities, went to plan.

The company was aware that the redevelopment of the interior and exterior of these existing bar facilities was designed to recreate modern venues with a renewed look, in keeping with their respective areas and image.

Arrow consistently managed the budget within the design requirements and the specific issues that are typically experienced in aged buildings.
