This project involved the internal and external refurbishment of a high-rise office building, located inMelbourne CBD, which was originally built in the 1950s.The location of the building is on the prominent corner of King and Bourke Streets, a block away from prestige buildings such as The Rialto and The Stock Exchange.

ARROW'S ROLE

Arrow was engaged as the Project and Construction Management Company to provide integrated project delivery services by taking the project from concept design to final completion and handover.

UNIQUE ASPECTS

Arrow ensured there was a clear understanding of AGPs objectives and developed the project concept in partnership with AGP.

Arrow utilised the latest building concepts and took into account all issues relating to refurbishing this building for this unique project. Our engineering was paramount and the project design was within budget limits.

Industrial relations issues on this prominent Melbourne site were managed effectively by the Company.

The project was completed 8.5% below the budget and the Client was delighted with the finished product and their association with AIAL.
