Arrow International was appointed as Construction Manager, responsible for controlling design development and project delivery to within both a tight client budget and program.

To provide construction management services throughout the entire project; to manage subcontractor trades and  site management to final handover.

Extensive rock conditions requiring blasting in the excavation of a ten metre deep cut.

Isolated location with limited sub trade (and supplier) availability – both for skills and labour.
