Arrow International was appointed as Head Contractor by Latitude Development Group (LDG) to oversee the entire construction; co-ordinate various individual subcontractor trades; and to provide effective site management, time management and budget control into the project .

Arrow International was appointed as Construction Manager, responsible for controlling design development and project delivery to within both a tight client budget and program.

The Department of Human Services (DHS) own over 40 high-rise public housing buildings and plan to refurbish these over a ten year period. The program of work involves the ongoing refurbishment of units, with each floor of between eight and twelve units treated as a separate contract. To date, Arrow has completed twenty-five floors, containing a total of 280 units, over a 30-month period.
