Arrow Group was built with the foresight and inspiration of the two Founding Directors, Ron Anderson and Robert Foster. It all began in 1984 when they started Arrow International Limited (AIL). They could see the potential for a fresh way of thinking within the construction industry. Today, the Arrow Group of construction-related companies spreads across Australasia and the Pacific Islands. Together they set new standards that their team continues to deliver and have created a positive attitude and environment that keeps the Arrow Group alive and always moving forward.

Inspired by Ron and Bob's passion for the outdoors and willingness to head off into the mountains at any opportunity for one of their legendary adventures, the Arrow team culture has evolved to include a philosophy of being active and goal driven. From triathlons to the way people work together on a day-to-day basis, the team are continually motivated by Ron and Bob’s drive and ambition.

An organization such as the Arrow Group does not magically appear overnight. It is the culmination of years of hard work, hands-on experience and vision.

In addition to construction related businesses. The Arrow Group has been involved in a number of property venture and development companies, including the ownership of a hotel, a gold mine, a horse trekking company and other tourism ventures. Today, the Group has been rationalised to focus on Construction, Property and Finance and has divested any ventures not directly related to the core industry.
