Hiram Ng (Project Director, Victoria)Hiram Ng is based in Melbourne and has a Development Management background having worked in the management consulting industry prior to joining Arrow. Hiram oversees most of the Projects in the Victorian operation of Arrow. He builds strong relationships with his clients by adding value where it matters. This ensures that cost effective solutions are included in the project delivery. |

Colin McCaffrey (Project Manager)Colin McCaffrey is a Project Manager with 4 years experience in construction industry, featuring heavily in site management and project delivery. Colin is responsible for all Department of Human Services projects and is responsible for the delivery of all facets of this contract. |

Gary O'Brien (Construction Manager, Victoria)Melbourne based Gary has over 20 years of experience in the industry, covering almost all aspects of the industry. His experience includes working in projects in New Zealand and Queensland. At present Gary is the Construction Manager for all Victorian projects. |

Directors of Arrow International Australia (Pty) Ltd include the two founding Directors of the Arrow Group of Companies Ron Anderson and Bob Foster. Other directors include Bruce Davidson as independent appointed Chairman and Vinod Perera as CEO.

Vinod is ultimately responsible for all operational activities of Arrow Australia. He has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry working for Arrow New Zealand for 10 years (before moving to Melbourne in May 2000) as well as British, German and Sri Lankan companies. He has a “hands on” approach to construction having started his own career in the industry from the ground up. In addition he is highly qualified academically, holding two Masters Degrees in technical and management fields and having recently studied at Stanford Graduate School.
